Wood Harris: He Who Plays Historical Roles.....

Everyone knows Wood Harris, he played in some of our favorite movies. Wood Harris born Sherwin David Harris was born in Chicago, IL who graduated from Northern Illinois and continued his education at New York University, which he finshed and recieved his Master Of Arts degree. We all may know him from Above The Rim, The Wire which he portrayed Avon Barksdale and Paid In Full in which he portrayed Ace a true story about three Harlem drug kingpins. As for me I enjoyed watching him in all those movies, I have two movies in particular where I think he took acting to another level. Those movies are; Remember The Titans and Jimi Hendrix. These two movies to me, had him outside of his charcter and he nailed it. Speaking of historical roles he will be playing Nate "Sweetwater" Clifton who was the first black player in the NBA. The movie is supposed to be released sometime in 2009 I can't wait to see this movie. Speaking of a Chicago native Wood Harris was in Common's (another Chiacgo native) Testify video along with his older brother Steve Harris who played in Tyler Perry's Diary Of A Mad Black Woman. Wood Harris is a great actor he really play his roles but takes it to another level where it can't be matched, be on the lookout for the upcoming film Sweetwater and I know many more to come.

KanYe West: LoVe LocKDown

What more can you say about Mr. West, he's been holding the industry down in all sorts of ways such as; music of course, fashion, creativity, the beats which is obvious, and many more things. One thing I love about Kanye's music is that it comes from the heart and you can feel his pain, joy, crazyness, arrogance etc. He has this new joint called Love Lockdown which is a great song. Mr. West being the perfectionist he is, he re-did the song not once but more then like six or seven times if i'm not mistaken. This song Love Lockdown is accepted so much that it been remixed over 950,000 times WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! now that's someting. By the way Kanye has been using the Autotune A.K.A. the T-pain since his first album College Dropout I might add. By the way I do know that the late great Roger Troutman (R.I.P) used this first just in case someone try and question my knowledge lol. Be on the lookout for Kanye's fourth album set to be named 808's and Heartbreaks in the fourth quarter, Kanye is Chicago's Finest..........

David "Main" Hall: He Does It All..........

You wanna know someone who does it all, well look know more. David "Main" Hall started from ground zero to now becoming the founder and CEO of the clothing line Fly Guy Society which is very dope I've purchased every shirt that this guy put out. The funny thing is, Main which I like to call him, he's selling over 200 hundred shirts, polos, cardigans, sweaters all off his phone with nobody's help that's amazing. If you think that's all he's doing well that would be wrong, because he's the founder and CEO of Winners Circle Music Group which happens to have some of the hottest artist signed to him like, Luxx Flyy, CityThaGod,and Blake just to name a few. He's also a songwriter who written songs with Jason Keys, Earl The Pianist and Apollo who's a singer and songwriter also. He's now working on a movie script, T.V show and a book based on him and his childhood friends. I will and, I promise that I will have an interview with David "Main" Hall by next week.
